To promote the appeal of Nadagogo, Japan's number one sake-producing region, the Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA and Hotel Hanshin Osaka will be holding a limited-time "NADA's SAKE Fair."
During the event, a special corner introducing "Nadagogo" will be set up in the hotel lobby, and the restaurant will be selling sake tasting sets.

“Nadagogo” is a collective name for the five areas of Nishigo, Mikagego, and Uozakigo in Kobe City, and Nishinomiyago and Imazugo in Nishinomiya City, and is one of Japan's leading sake-producing regions. The area is blessed with an abundance of "Miyamizu", the perfect water for sake brewing, and a climate suited to sake brewing. Hyogo Prefecture, which includes the Nadagoogo, boasts the highest sake production in Japan(※), and the Nadagoogo has made a great contribution to the development of Japanese sake culture.
In December 2024, "Traditional Sake Brewing: Japan's Traditional Sake Brewing Techniques Using Koji Mushroom " was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
