Q.What are your check-in and check-out times?
Q.Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
A. Early check-in or late check-out carries an additional charge. The charge varies according to room type and extended time. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to lack of room availability. For details, please inquire at the reservation desk.
Q.What is the latest that I can cancel my room reservation?
A. Cancellation charges are incurred as follows. Cancellation on the day of arrival: 80% of the room charge Cancellation on the day before arrival: 20% of the room charge * Please note that a separate cancellation policy may be set according to your accommodation plan or day.
Q.Do you let minors stay overnight without an adult?
A. As a general rule, minors under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent during an overnight stay. Minors between the ages of 15 and 17 need permission from a parent to stay overnight by themselves. We ask you to submit the written agreement that we will send you.
Q.If fully booked, can I put my name on the waiting list?
A.Unfortunatly, we do not have a waiting list.
Q.Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
A.All rooms are non-smoking.
Q.Do you accept requests for a room facing a specific direction or for a particular room number?
A. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to lack of room availability or room type.
Q.What is the accommodation fee for staying at the hotel with a child?
A. There is no fee for children aged 6 and under who sleep in the same bed as an adult. We also offer a baby bed free of charge. (Since the number is limited, please let us know if you require one when you make your reservation.)
Q.Payment for accommodation
A. We kindly ask you to pay for the room on arrival.
Q.Do you accept credit cards?
A. We accept most credit cards. (VISA, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club, MasterCard, UnionPay, etc.)
Q.Can I obtain a receipt at the hotel even if I made payment via the Internet?
A. We cannot issue a receipt at the hotel in that case. Please print out a receipt from your reservation website.
Q.Can I make payment for accommodation in advance? Or, can I have a person not staying at the hotel pay for the room?
A. Yes. Please pay by bank transfer or card via the Internet. For details, inquire at the reservation desk.
Q.Can my pet stay with me?
A. Pets are not allowed in guestrooms.
Q.Can I have an assistance dog (guide dog, service dog, and hearing dog) accompany me?
A. Yes, assistance dogs can accompany guests in all of the hotel’s facilities.
