Access and nearby facilities

Which station is the nearest station?

■About a 3-minute walk from the Bridge Exit on the 3rd floor of JR Osaka Station
■About a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Osaka-Umeda Station
■About a 10-minute walk from Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station
■About a 5-minute walk from Umeda Station on Osaka Metro Midosuji Line
■About a 7-minute ride via the JR Kyoto Line or Osaka Metro Midosuji Line from Shin-Osaka Station on Shinkansen Line

How to come from the airport?

Taking limousine bus is recommended.

◆From Itami Airport (ITM) :
 About 30-40 minutes by limousine bus to the New Hankyu Hotel(U1)

 About 60-75 minutes by limousine bus to the New Hankyu Hotel(UM1)

About 3 minutes walk from the bus stop which is connected to the south gate of Hotel New Hankyu Osaka.

Do you have the parking lot?

Please use the hotel cooperated basement parking.

* this parking is also for the guests of LINKS UMEDA
 ¥3,000- per night for hotel guests (24h since enter)
 We do not have discount for the guests using our restaurant and banquet.
 

Do you have the height limit of car?

Please be aware that the height limit is 2.1m.
Please contact us when you come with motor coaches, micro buses, or motor bikes.

Is there any convenience store nearby?

"Family Mart" (24h open convenience store) is 2 minutes walk.

Rooms and Accomodation

When is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00.

What time is curfew?

We do not have curfew.
1st Floor Entrance and 2nd Floor Entrance will be closed during 24:30-4:30.
Please touch the card at the reader to open.
We ask the guests to bring the room key when you go out.

Further, if you arrive at the hotel between 24:30-4:30, please tell your reservation name to our staff through the intercom at the 1st floor entrance.
Is it possible to share bed with kids?

Yes, it is absolutely possible.
(However, please be aware that the target age for the sharing bed is 0-6 years old.)
If the kids want to use the bed by themselves, the charge will be the same with adults.

Is there any non-smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking.
There is a smoking booth on 9th floor for smokers.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

We have free Wi-Fi.

Is the rooms barrier-free?

We have 1 universal twin room and 10 universal triple rooms, and both are barrier-free rooms.
*The universal type do not have bath tub.

・Further, we have accessible restroom in the lobby on 9th floor.

Facilities and Service

Is there rental service of air purifying humidifier and trouser press?

Yes, we have them. Please note that the number is limited.

Where is the restaurant for breakfast?

We have Japanese and Western buffet at the 9th floor restaurant "Grigliato CUÓCA."

Is there any delivery service?

Yes, there is.
Please be aware that we might not able keep up with your wishes such as specifying delivery company.

Is it possible to send luggage previously?

Yes, it is absolutely possible.
Please write your name (in English), accomodation date, and send to the address on the right.
We cannot accept cash on delivery parcels.
